INSIGHTS
The reason I started training...
was to get bigger and stronger for racing motocross. I started lifting weights and loved it. Seeing results and changes in my body got me hooked! After about a year of lifting I decided to do my first show! Ever since I competed in my first show I knew that this sport was for me.
The person I most wanted to be when I started...
was Antoine Valliant! I watched all his training videos when I first started and took notes. He has a killer physique!
The person I owe the most to is...
my other half and girlfriend. She helps me with my meals and keeping everything on track.
The supplements I can't live without...
would be ZEUS, STRONGMAN, PURPLE•K REPS and Protein Powder.
The best thing about training is...
THE PUMP!! Throwing my headphones in and crushing heavy ass weight!!
Two things I would change about competitions are...
1. Bikini and physique should compete on a different day then bodybuilding. Aha!
2. Physique competitors should have to wear short shorts!! We want to see those wheels!!!
My ultimate goal is to get my IFBB Pro Card , and inspire others!
Years I’ve been training...
I have been training since I was 17. I did my first show when I was 18 and ever since then I have taken my training very seriously!
What I enjoy most about competing is...
the self discipline. Structure and Dedication. This is the toughest sport out there in my opinion. It's not for just anyone.
The thing I hate most about stepping up onstage is...
nothing!! I love every minute of it! You work too hard to hate it! When it's time to hit the stage, it's time. You get to show off what you have worked so hard for.
The day I get my pro card...
I am going to celebrate with friends and family!! My goal is to accomplish this dream within 3 years.
The pros I most look forward to being onstage with...
would be Antoine Vaillant and Teammate Santana Anderson.
The one thing every competing bodybuilder should know is...
that there is always someone working harder than you! So let's go!! ONE MORE REP! #TrainPastThePain !!
One bodybuilding secret I discovered is...
There are two phases in bodybuilding. You are either bulking or cutting. If you are looking to make serious gains in the offseason you have to let the fact of staying super lean go! You just won't see the results!! #BOOM
