INSIGHTS

The person I most wanted to be when I started was...

Dorian Yates

The supplements I can't live without...

AGENT M, OMEGA OIL, STRONGMAN, and GLUTAMEND

The best thing about training is...

The direct, noticeable results and adrenaline rushes after setting new PR’s (personal records).

The one thing every bodybuilder should know is...

Compete for yourself…don’t let others determine if, why, or when you should compete.

Two things I would change about bodybuilding are...

The mainstream popularity and stereotypes regarding bodybuilding:
In my opinion, everyone who steps foot into a gym or any training facility can consider themselves bodybuilders in one way or another as they are “building” their “body” regardless of what the desired outcome or goal may be.

The politics:
Unfortunately, in any sport or organization there is always going to be unfair politics or biases playing a role. The more fitness organizations can cut down on politics, the better this sport will become.

My ultimate goal is...

To be one of the best natural bodybuilders in the WORLD then go on to obtain my IFBB pro card.

One thing every gym rat should know is...

You most likely will never reach the point of “overtraining”. If you think you are “overtraining”, chances are you not giving your body adequate amounts of sleep and/or nutrition.

Years I’ve been training...

Going on 9 years of solid training.

The last new bodybuilding thing I learned is...

Take care of and be pro-active with ANY injuries or pains before it turns into something a lot more serious.

The one question I’d ask a pro is...

If you had the chance to do it all over again, what would you do differently in your path to becoming an IFBB pro?

What I enjoy most about competing is...

The intensity of the training and lifestyle leading into competition…and winning.
